While our primary focus is on electrical motors, we stock a wide range of complete units including in-line and angled helical units, worm, planetary and geared drives, fans, belts and a whole lot more.
We are so confident in the quality of our products that we offer a general 6 month guarantee on all three phase motors and a 3 month guarantee on the single phase motors. Due to the nature of our business, some items may be specifically excluded from any warranty due to the conditions under which these will be required to operate.
Electric motors
Due to the staggering range of items, we are unable to provide a detailed listing of what we have available we typically supply motors from as small as 0.37Kw (1/2hp) right through to 110Kw (150hp) in the full range of speeds such as 2900, 1440, 960 and 720 RPM. However, if your requirements fall out of these specifications, give us a call anyway as we have some unusual spec items on offer.
All of our motors are taken through a stringent quality control process to ensure that they operate to the required levels so you are assured that they will give you many years of trouble free operation.

Why Used Electrical motors?
In today’s throwaway society, many of the new, cheap imported motors and drives seem like a cost effective alternative, especially in cases where the actual parts you need are no longer available. Unfortunately, it often turns out to be false economy, and lets you down when you need it most and sadly this as a knock on effect on the rest of your equipment – with catastrophic results.
The answer is to source high quality, original, albeit used parts that will be an exact fit and will do exactly what they should, at very reasonable prices.
At Chazen’s we buy quality motors which we take to our workshops, where we carry out extensive checks to make sure that they will perform at the required levels. Defective motors are stripped for spares or scrapped.
